Ordinary fleece is warm until the wind gets through it, at which point it may as well not be there. This has a windproof membrane behind the fleece, so the warmth stays where you put it. It works as an outer layer on a cold dry day and under a shell when it turns. Five colors, seven sizes from XS to 3XL.
