Return period: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Restocking costs: No.
Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval and inspection.
Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Any original tags/packaging should be included (where applicable)
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

    Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to return the item.

    Please package the item securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Responsibility for returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, preference, or exchange requests.

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will provide a resolution.

Refund process

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you want to exchange. We will assist with the fastest available option. Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Us page and including your order number.

After this window, we are unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies upon delivery.
