Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00)
Order processing time: 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday)
Package transit time: 3–6 days (Monday to Saturday) after dispatch
Total delivery time: 4–8 business days (processing + transit)
Free delivery: Free shipping on all U.S. orders
Tracking: Tracking details are provided by email once the order ships

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive another email containing tracking information.

Possible delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier service disruptions.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If it still has not arrived after this extension, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will assist you.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase by contacting us via our Contact Us page and including your order number.

After this window, we are unable to make changes. If your order has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies upon delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. If possible, include a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
